• We loved the location, the style and the friendly faces, definitely an oasis amongst the hustle and bustle. Loved breakfast whenever you wanted but ground floor rooms much more noise sensitive, if only Riad chi chi could have done something about the weather for us!!

• “We stayed in the Aubergine room which was lovely, spacious and very clean. The only very minor thing that could make the room any better would be to have a full length mirror in the bedroom! The breakfasts were excellent, the two 3 course evening meals rivalled any restaurant and we were able to have our own wine (worth taking some out with you) with very attentive service.
  All the staff at Riad Chi Chi are lovely, very kind and willing to help. Although it rained when we were there,we did use the roof terrace on two mornings which must be really nice in the warmer, more settled weather; a mixture of views which somehow adds to the charm of Marrakech.
  We would definitely stay there again.”

• “Indigo has a window overlooking the street and was actually pretty noisy.
  Food was simple but tasty lunch and dinner (aubergine salad delicious).
  Breakfast good - nice breads, eggs and yoghurt. Sometimes we didn't always have time to finish breakfast - when we'd booked an early taxi (and therefore an early breakfast) they weren't always ready to serve us. But the chap serving was a real sweetie and very helpful.
  Overall they were very helpful especially the manager who would willingly book trips, taxis, bus tickets (including going to the bus station for us) etc.
  The roof terrace is a lovely place to sit and drink mint tea. The Riad is generally calm and quiet subject to comments above re Indigo which was noisy early morning.
  Overall we had a lovely stay here and very much enjoyed ourselves.”

I'd say the only negative was that Ilham came and went whenever, which made it hard to find her to sort our transport to the airport making the last hour quite stressful. Another minor issue was the hard bed. But besides those 2 small issues, had a lovely stay.”

• “Overrall I think Riad Chi Chi was an excellent value for money place to stay, we booked the Ivory room which I think was the most expensive per night and it had a very nice look and feel to it. It is also nice to have a more personal service rather than being a number in a hotel, which is what you will expect from most Riad's in Marrakesh . Only comment I would make is please note this place is right in the heart of the old city so to get to the main square would be about fifteen minute walk through alot of hussle and bustle and sometimes locals wanting to be at your beck and call in the hope that they can make some money from the tourists.”

Unser Aufenthalt im Riad Chi Chi hat uns sehr gut gefallen.
Ich hätte noch ein kleines Anliegen:Da ich ja erst beim nächsten Mal in den Genuß eines Kochkurses bei euch kommen kann,wäre ich sehr glücklich wenn ich das Rezept des wunderbaren Auberginensalates bekommen könnte! Und...ich bin eurer Köchin Kadija noch sehr dankbar,daß sie mir die Hühnchen-Tajine mit Hühnchen "ohne Knochen" zubereitet hat! Das war äußerst lecker und ich habe später mitbekommen,daß die traditionelle Zubereitung "mit Knochen" gewesesen wäre.Dann hätte ich dieses supeleckere Gericht nicht essen können...nochmals danke dafür! Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub!

Danke für die schönen Tage! Wir werden ihr romantisches Riad gerne an unsere Freunde weiterempfehlen. Neben dem charmanten, ruhigen Haus hat uns Ihr Service besonders gut gefallen. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, die Begleitung zu den uns unbekannten Orten sehr hilfsbereit, die Betreuung kompetent, das Frühstück und das Abendessen sehr, sehr gut.

We came back from our stay at Riad Chi Chi on Friday and I felt I had to email you to say a massive THANK YOU to you (for all the efficient organisation up front) and especially to the team at the riad for making our stay so fabulous.
You have an exceptional team of staff there, who are very professional and hardworking yet friendly.  Illam was extremely organised and informative, Saleh couldn’t do enough for us – he even fixed a problem with our shower at 11pm!  I had a cookery lesson with the chef and it was the highlight of my holiday – I’m planning a dinner party next week to show off my new recipes.  I can’t leave out the cleaning lady either – everything was spotless and every time I saw her she was ironing or carrying a big pile of towels! We saw first hand how some guests can be difficult / overly-demanding, and even in the face of such provocation, they continued to provide excellent service. We said thank you to them in person of course, but I wanted you – “the boss” – to know how pleased we were too. We shall certainly be recommending Riad Chi Chi to all our friends.Thanks again

Wir sind wieder gut in Deutschland angekommen. Unsere Tage in Marrakech waren sehr beeindruckend. Mit der Unterkunft und dem Service in Ihrem Riad waren wir sehr zufrieden! Wir wurden rundum sehr gut betreut. Vielen Dank für die Organisation der Taxis und des Führers, die Führungen mit Hakim waren sehr informativ - klasse!

Herzlichen Dank für Alles und viele Grüße aus Deutschland - schade, dass wir uns am 09.03. nicht getroffen haben.

Just to say what a wonderful time we had in Marrakech, made all the better by your excellent Riad, and last, but not least, your staff - Ilham, Saleh and Khadeja (apologies for misspellings). They were all wonderful (that word again), attentive yet unobtrusive, and smiling all the time, even when it was raining! Special mention must be made of the food - we didn't feel the need to eat anywhere else it was so good. Needless to say we will be strongly recommending the Chi-Chi to everyone who will listen.
